Led by Raúl Yuste.
Raúl is a process engineer from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili with extensive industry experience — operations, systems integration, and continuous improvement — before founding FlowProp. That background is the reason every project starts by mapping the actual process, not by proposing a tool: if the process isn't sound, no automation will save it.
FlowProp launched in 2024 with one specific goal: to stop mid-sized companies from burning hours on copy-paste. Behind the project there's an automation engineering team: Raúl as lead consultant and technical architect, and a network of specialized collaborators (data engineering, frontend, accounting, compliance) activated case by case. The client never speaks with a sales intermediary: your project counterpart is always the same person and knows the technical detail.
We work almost always with self-hosted n8n as the orchestration engine, connected to your existing stack (Holded, Odoo, Sage, Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Salesforce, Pipedrive, whatever). When AI is needed, we go straight to the right model for the case — Claude for contextual classification, GPT-4o for document extraction, embeddings in pgvector when there's a knowledge base. We don't sell demos; we ship production processes.
We're Holded official partners since February 2026, with technical and support API access beyond what a normal client gets. For projects where Holded is at the center (back-office, invoicing, commissions), that means robust integrations, not surface-level. And for companies with holdings or multi-entity structures, we've shipped real consolidated accounting in production.
