FlowProp has been an official Holded Solution Partner since February 2026. That means technical access and API support above that of a standard customer, and integration projects that don't break with the next update. We work with the official Holded API —including the v2 API released in May 2026— and orchestrate everything with self-hosted automated workflows: your data never leaves your infrastructure and you pay no per-execution cost.
Supplier invoices: from email to Holded with no typing
A workflow picks up the invoices that arrive by email, extracts the data with OCR + AI (number, date, tax ID, amounts, line items), validates against the order, and records them in Holded under the correct company and account. Leads from the web form, WhatsApp, or portals enter the Holded CRM already qualified by AI, with their source, their context, and their next action. No need for a sales rep to log it manually.
Holdings and multi-company
Groups with several companies in Holded: we route each invoice to the correct entity, respect per-company numbering, and consolidate. We have it in production in real holdings, not in a demo.
VERI*FACTU: the process, not just the software
VERI*FACTU will be mandatory on 1 January 2027 for companies and on 1 July 2027 for the rest of businesses and freelancers. Holded as software complies with the regulation; what it does not solve on its own is ensuring that every invoice is born correct and traceable from the source. That flow —from the supplier email or the accepted quote to the verifiable record— is exactly what we automate.
